That was a bad idea.

hpcboot binaries must be compiled and committed simultaneously because
they share the same version (stand/binary/build_number.h).  At the very
minimum you should have bumped it.

You obviously didn't read neither stand/README nor stand/Makefile.
Please, coordinate your future commits to hpcboot with me.

The current versioning scheme is far from ideal, but until it is
reworked, let's follow existing practice.
