I suppose..  either way it was pretty much a complete rewrite of the bus, so
the only difference would be if I moved the files back under dev and changed
the names.

Is there a pressing reason it should be named "obio"?  pnpbus seemed like it
would be more obvious to the reader what was going on in there.
