I will add single quotes.  The path (cdrom/bootxx) is not right, since
the preceding commands are:

.Dl Ic cp /usr/mdec/bootxx_cd9660 bootxx
.Dl Ic installboot -t raw -o console=com0,speed=19200 bootxx \
        /usr/mdec/bootxx_cd9660
