There is the rule not to pullup anything which isn't urgent unless it has
been in NetBSD-current for 24 hours. Unfortunately I didn't check this
commit carefully enough. I thought it would be fine because it was
comitted yesterday.

One weeks seems to be too much, at least for unrestricted branches
(at the moment "netbsd-2" and "netbsd-3"). Postponing pullups there
for too long can be annoying our users.
