Log Message:
Move the struct pcppi_softc into pcppivar.h, add in this file
pcppi_attach(), which now accepts "struct pcppi_softc";
Split ISA specific bits from pcppi_attach() into pcppi_isa_attach()
(needed by the upcoming pcppi(4) ACPI attachment).
