Unconfigure cgd devices on shutdown, so that underlying layers (i.e.,
RAIDframe) are happier.
i notice that cgd isn't listed in rc.conf(4). it probably needs an
entry to remind peoplt to also set "swapoff=YES" in this case. tho
won't this "cgdconfig -U" cause error messages for currently mounted
filesystems since they haven't been unmounted yet...?
