I disagree.  Look at PRs 29233 to 29242. And those are from
only looking at a*(4), and not even too closely.

I think that many of them might be quite easy to fix, but as long
as most of them are not fixed, I don't think that the resulting
man pages are useful. (Especially the .In and .An macros hurt, but
e.g. the broken Fx one isn't good either.)
