I have corrected the commit messages and commited the missing files now.

Commit message for src/sys/arch/hp700/dev/sti_sgc.c should have been:
  Add two more revisions that use the pagezero info.

Commit message for src/sys/arch/hp700/include/pdc.h should have been:
  Import struct pdc_power_info from OpenBSD, needed by power switch code.

Commit message for the other affected files:
  Implement powerd(8) interface via sysmon(9) for power switch,=20
  controllable by sysctl(8).
