Is USE_NBSD_THREADLIB still required on 2.99.10 and prior?
If so, should we backout this Xthreads.h change and
add OS*Version checks in NetBSD.cf to determine if
USE_NBSD_THREADLIB is required?
Or xsrc in -current only supports recent -current?
