No.  Looking at sys/lkm/exec/Makefile leads me to beleive that it
was appropriate to fix the compile problem:

# These are untested, but do compile.  Once they are tested,
# move them above.

I fixed the "do compile", so that the comment still applies. ;-)

I think leaving the tree in a non-buildable state for a large
number of our archs is bad.
