This is an automatic response to your email which you 
recently addressed to PalmSales@walletware.com.

If you sent us a control code to unlock ExpensePlus, 
then to ensure there's no delay in your order, be sure 
you've included a 12 to 26 alpha-numeric control 
number (not a 6 digit number -- the 6 digit number is 
used only for phone-in orders), your name, your mailing 
address (where your credit card statements are sent), 
your phone number, and your Palm model number.

If you sent a 6 digit control code by mistake, go back to 
your Palm, open the Unlock window again and tap the 
"Email/Fax" option (and not the "Phone" option.)  Then 
enter your credit card information and send us the new 
control code it generates.  The 6 digit control codes are 
to be used only for sales orders placed by phone.

If you have omitted any of this information (name, 
address, phone, Palm make/model) in your email, 
please send a followup email to this address 
immediately to avoid any delays in your order.

If the control number you sent is a 12 to 26 digit 
alpha-numeric control number, then your credit card 
information is safely embedded and encrypted in that 
control number.  We will extract that number at our 
office and process your order using the credit card 
number you used when you created that control 
number.

If the email you just sent contains all the information 
listed above, you should receive a serial number back 
from us sometime within the next 1 to 5 hours if you 
sent the email during business hours in the Central 
Time Zone, Monday - Friday.   If you do not receive a 
response within 12 hours, please send a follow up 
message.  Though it seldom happens, email 
messages sometimes don't get through (i.e. you may 
have a SPAM filter that prevents you from receiving a 
response from us, or vice versa).  So if you don't get a 
response within 1 business day, please send a follow 
up message so that we'll know you didn't receive a 
response from us.

your handheld by going to the "About ExpensePlus..." 
window.  If the version is older than version 1.2 (i.e. if 
you're purchasing 1.0.0 through 1.0.9c) you might want 
to get the latest version 1.2.3 from our website at 
http://www.walletware.com and send us the new control 
code that the new version generates instead.  This way, 
you'll know that you're installing and buying the latest 
version of ExpensePlus on your handheld, and not a 
older version you may have found somewhere else on 
the internet.
