Pullup rev 1.37 (requested by junyoung in ticket #738)

Add -fno-strict-aliasing to CFLAGS to avoid gcc warning
"dereferencing type-punned pointer will break strict-aliasing rules"
which occurs when compiling crypto_openssl.c with -O[23s].
