Pull up revision 1.25 (requested by fair in ticket #264):

Came in here to add nfsstat(1) reference in SEE ALSO,
but since I was here...

Correct spelling of "Kerberos." Add RFC references.
Reword some awkward english.  Sprinkle mandoc macros throughout.
Add white space to aid readability. Change date.
