Any chance of replacing the log message with the commit message this
refers to (the one to lib/libc/shlib_version et al) ?

I ask because "file missing in previous commit" here means
	"I forgot this in my last cvs commit operation"
not
	"I forgot in my last commit to this file"
and as there's no easy way to observe the former in CVS without trolling
through mailing list archives of the commit messages, the commit message
is not useful.
