I don't think that's sufficient -- when looking at `cvs log' output in a
year or two, all I'm going to see is `cvs' and `includes security fix'
for those two commits.  I'm not going to see the current thread on
tech-userlevel.  I'm not even going to see this mail here where you
point at tech-userlevel.

There _needs_ to be a description included, so that the log messages
stand for themselves in the future.

Please fix this with `cvs admin -m' when you get a chance.
