Hello,

I went ahead and redid the log message
for whois.c and whois.1 (1.22 and 1.21 
respectively) and listed, in general 
terms, the motivation behind the commit.

Again, I was under the impression the
first one implied we needed a *better*
one, I just failed to mention why, sorry
for the confusion. Let me know if there
is anything else I need to do and thanks
