I'd say, rename it and the ND5010 I added to

    ND3050 Multi-format Flash Controller
    ND5010 Multi-format Flash Controller

or something like that.

The N-in-1 names are a bit confusing. My ND5010 based PQI 7-in-1
supports only 6 (six) cards: CF, MicroDrive, SM, SD, MMC, MS. The 7th
is the built-in flash that is optional (and mine doesn't have one) and
in models that have it, it's only accesible when smart SM is not
inserted. But there are products from other vendors that support the
same cards mine does and that are called 6-in-1. Readers that support
the cards that yours does (I guess yours doesn't do Memory Stick) are
called 5-in-1. I don't know what flash controllers those are built
on, but there's certainly potential confusion about N-in-1 "marketing"
names.
