   Add /etc/route.conf processing to add static routes. Removes one more
   reason for netstart.local.


i was kinda hoping this would be a separate script...but in any case
you could make it possible to:

	# /etc/rc.d/network installroute

or something....  ie, just reinstall my static routes, please.
