I thought that it was an either or thing.  You use either the ACPI
device list, or the PNPBIOS ISA device list, but not both.  If you are
using ACPI for other things, then I believe that the acpi standard
says that the pnpbios list you get shouldn't be used.  However, it has
been a while since I read the standard.
