This changes CLEANFLAGS:
-CLEANFILES = *.o *~ y.tab.h
+CLEANFILES=    verifiedexec_parse.h
Is it OK?

I don't know why, but we should use COPTS+= or CFLAGS+= for it.
"DBG= -g" disables optimization. (see share/mk/sys.mk)
