Log Message:
Pass SA_UPCALL_DEFER to sa_upcall() in realtimerupcall().
Instead of incrementing pt_overruns when sa_upcall() fails, leave
p_userret set so that it gets to try again. Avoids dropping timer upcalls
in some situations.
