Initial import of rdesktop-1.0.0 into the NetBSD packages collection.

rdesktop is an open-source RDP client for connecting to Windows NT
and Windows 2000 terminal servers.

This is version 1.0.0 with unified patches, from
http://bibl4.oru.se/projects/rdesktop/, and is better behaved than
net/rdesktop on non-x86 X servers.
