Since tradition seems to say 'Say "[Rr]egen" in the log messages of auto-
generated files', I've changed the log message on all these to:

Regen: Use linux_sys_{g,s}setrlimit, remove linux_sys_ugetrlimit since
linux/mips doesn't seem to have one.
