I agree...Extending jhawk's theory we should just commit generated copies
of all the man pages since they take time to build as well...

If it's replicatable from the build it should get built from source during
the build. 15 secs....Wow...and to think I get annoyed when building 
kernels and it takes me a little bit to recompile/relink...
