I think we're making a mistake. Quite obviously BUILDING *does* belong
in the system manager's manual, or perhaps the programmers
supplementary documentation. Unlike the world of 4.x BSD, updating
your system from sources is now a reality of a sophisticated
user/sysadmin's life, and there should be a manual available for
it. We should ultimately make it part of the real printed
manual. (Speaking of which, I may have an announcement on the manual
front RSN...)
