Log Message:
Some OpenFirmware client services return -1 on error, while the rest
of the code expects zero.  Add some wrappers so that opf promops are
consistent with obp promops.  Now microSPARC-IIep correctly panics ;)
While here, propagate 'static' to opf_* definitions.
