Is it perhaps worth moving md_enable_swap() to util.c in the top level,
with a #define to enable it?  There seemed to be nothing inherently MD
about the function itself...

Also, we probably should delete the swap space when sysinst exits in
case the user repartitions the disk (either manually or within sysinst a
second time).  Perhaps an optimisation is to only add swap if hw.physmem
is less than some magic number.
