It's been suggested that this is not an optimal move, as
* the hint given is not sufficient, zic -l doesn't work as expected
* (worse) any date-parser will probably explode by a multi-word timezone
Klaus Klein has suggested to change the default time zone to UTC, which I
think makes sense.
NetBSD - because Unix isn't just #include <linux.h>, i386, ILP32, ELF, ...!
