The pop server and client in Heimdal are "kerberos" programs, too,
but they're not necessarily appropriate for the base distribution.

We cannot assume that a user has installed X, nor wishes to in order
to rebuild the base system.  Since we don't have a mechanism to handle
things like "kerberos X proxy" (which is what I assyme "kx" and "kxd"
are :-) in xsrc, we should pkgsrc them, for now.
