There are utilities from KAME which are part of pkgsrc but not the base
install.  Historically, we've been reluctant to introduce new binaries
into the base system distribution without discussion and agreement.  I
think this should go double for basically non-crypto apps which people
want to import into only one of crypto-{intl,us}.

Does NetBSD ship with a POP3 server?  Well, what country are you in?
