Log Message:
The gzipped patch file has disappeared from the server.  It has been
replaced with a gzipped tar archive containing the patches.  Alter
Makefile and md5 checksums accordingly.

cvs rdiff -r1.1.1.1 -r1.2 pkgsrc/audio/lame/files/md5
