I bitched about the same thing. Tim's "excuse" is that FreeBSD does
this because the client does Japanese in addition to English. However,
the chat client is merely internationalized, not Japanese-only, and
frankly, it does not belong in "japanese", period. By the "reasoning"
given, it could just as easily be put in a directory called "english".

I want this fixed.
