Add enabled options NETATALK and IPFILTER_LOG, and disabled PPP_BSDCOMP,
PPP_DEFLATE, PPP_FILTER and PFIL_HOOKS

Partial fix for kern/7264 from Greg Woods.  Too much variance in all
ports GENERIC config files to do across the board right now.
