- In sccmatch(), check any user-specified offset, allowing scc unit numbers
  to be nailed down.  From Ken Hornstein <kenh@cmf.nrl.navy.mil>, PR #3626,
  slightly modified to allow wildcarded offsets.
- Blow away the cf->cf_unit check in sccmatch(); it's bogus.
