Give fddi_ifattach() a 2nd parameter, like ether_ifattach(): a pointer to the
link level address. xxx_ifattach() copy it to the sockaddr_dl structure 
associated with the interface.

Change pdq to pass that parameter.
Change frontend to not copy the l.l.a. itself.
