Log Message:
- Add code to loadbsd.c to allow booting on DraCos. This could be done
  in a more elegant way, but it works as is, and we need it now.
- Add a README and Makefile for the above. Note that this directory should
  NOT be added to ../Makefile's SUBDIRS.
