Log Message:
Fix oversight in sun4m changes: the CPU attach code moved, so the CPU
was never getting attached on a sun4 machine.  Fix this so that the
cache and FPU get enabled on sun4 machines.  (Believe me, a 4/260 is
slot enough, *with* the cache...)
