Usually, it's about a day. However, we're currently in the release
process, so only changes made to the release branch will get put up
for public consumption immediately.

Once we're out of release mode (which should be very soon), i'll give
people on current-users a few days' warning, and then resume the daily
updates from the development sources.

Note that there are already _serious_ changes to the NetBSD
development sources, that are "post-1.0". In fact, it's quite likely
that the entire system (esp. the parts of user-land that use kernel
data structures) will not all compile cleanly for a week or so after
we go back to the development sources.
