The files.newconf in the non-magnum tree is out of date. As I
am not the only one using the file, and I want to keep my source
up to date as possible without impeding others, I thought I could
ease the transition by not modifying the main tree, yet.

mtio.h, last I checked, uses 386BSD, not NetBSD to demark
some sections of defines and structure declarations. I
am also using a newer set of sources than those which are
in -current. Charles has been doing work on the scsi
system for magnum. This is essentially what I want (and
is darn close to what I'm using), and I plan to switch to
it soon.

In short, it's not a permanent addition. If it makes you
unhappy to have it here, I will remove it sooner rather
than later. ;-)
