Pull up following revision(s) (requested by isaki in ticket #285):

        sys/dev/audio/audiovar.h: revision 1.5
        sys/dev/audio/audio.c: revision 1.30

Fix lock assertion on async I/O mode.
psignal() must be called without any spin locks.
