description:
Nowadays, mknative-gdb puts files into external/gpl3/gdb/lib,
instead of external/gpl3/gdb/bin/gdb.

Also, we need to nbmake-MACHINE in external/gpl3/gdb in order to
build dependent libraries correctly.
