[src/trunk]: src/usr.bin/xlint/lint1 lint: rename operator AMPER to ADDR

details: https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/src/rev/88e9c4f81554
branches: trunk
changeset: 949812:88e9c4f81554
user: rillig <rillig%NetBSD.org@localhost>
date: Sun Jan 17 14:50:11 2021 +0000

the textual representation of both the operator ADDR and the operator
BITAND.
