Add new user_va0_disable* tests in t_ptrace_wait*

Add tests:
 - user_va0_disable_pt_continue
 - user_va0_disable_pt_syscall
 - user_va0_disable_pt_detach

Assert that setting PC to 0x0 in PT_CONTINUE/PT_SYSCALL/PT_DETACH for
vm.user_va0_disable==0 is disallowed.
