Remove description of SPLASHSCREEN_PROGRESS and WSDISPLAY_SPROGRESS.

The last remnants of the former were just removed from src by
pronchery.

Bump date.

XXX: probably WSDISPLAY_SPROGRESS needs removal too -- back to you,
pronchery!
