description:
Add a new SDHC_FLAG, SDHC_FLAG_EXTDMA_DMAEN, which request that the
SDHC_DMA_ENABLE bit be set in the command, even if we're using an
external DMA engine. Needed by the upcoming DMA support for AM335x
(beaglebone).
