Hi!

In preparation for moving back to Finland, I was wondering if anyone
here would have advice for choosing an ISP (national, or around
Helsinki).  It would be nice if they had support, and the support
staff understood that typing in Windows commands to troubleshoot is
not always an option ("ipconfig: Command not found").

I'd also prefer a static IP (or a few).  Bonus points for being
able to route a portable class C.
