Ich bin z. Zt. weder an der Konsole noch unter X in der Lage in psql
=F6=E4=FC=B4` einzugeben (in der bash/sh schon) encoding habe ich auf latin=
1=20
und unicode getestet, der Cluster ist mit --locale=3Dde_DE.ISO_8859-1=20
initialisiert worden und zeigt bereits importierte Namen mit Umlauten=20
korrekt an.

Mit perl oder pg_dump/restore kann ich auch problemlos Umlaute an
Postgres verf=FCttern. =20

Da die wenigen Google-Treffer nicht wirklich geholfen haben, scheint
es was NetBSD spezifisches zu sein, oder?
