Another update per "Lel Bruce Peto" on increased oil demand ...

The International Energy Agency Wednesday said faster-than-expected oil
demand growth in China combined with lower-than expected non-OPEC output
this year means the world would need 400,000 b/d more of OPEC's crude in
2004 to meet the gap. In its latest monthly report, the Paris-based
agency said it now sees global oil demand growth in 2004 79.9-mil b/d,
220,000 b/d more than in its
previous assessment.
