Nastaveni locale NetBSD 4.0

Zdravim,
od nejake mnou neurcene verze Perlu se mi neustale ukazuje pri ruznych
akcich toto:

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LC_ALL = "",
        LANG = "cs_CZ.ISO8859-2"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

At nastavuju LC_ALL a LANG jakkoliv, tak se toho nemuzu zbavit. Poradite
mi, co mam vyzkouset? Jak to mate vy?
