Oops, I copied over the new xl.conf to make sure it was up to date but forgot to re-change the bridge name to "bridge0", and since in the "vif" line I don't specify it... It was trying to use xenbr0 and failed ofc :)

DomU booted fine now...

Next test is freebsd10/11 (this was a freebsd 9 domu) 10 and 11 had issues using PV network (which comes 'on' by default)

I wonder however if something might have changed in the backed code that might make it work now.

If I comment the "vif" line it boots.... all I have here is the the mac, I'll do some more testing to see If I track the issue.
